Meal Planning Workshop

Join Andrea Anderson & Erin Kay, co-Founders of Wholly Healthy Christian Moms in this workshop where they share their meal plan systems.

Andrea shows you the exact system she created to plan out the meals for her family for an entire year so that each week it takes her about five minutes to finalize her plan + shopping list. Erin shows you additional ways to apply the meal plan weekly to save time and effort + how to give yourself grace in the process so you don’t throw your hands up in frustration.

When you purchase the workshop (or become a Wholly Healthy Christian Moms member and gain access to all our programs too!), they will walk you through how to create your own plan step-by-step and craft a plan that will work well for you and your family. Andrea and Erin also provide suggestions for building in flexibility (to keep from getting bored), how to pair the plan with your calendar (so you have a plan that works with your life, not against it) and ideas for making special occasion meal planning go much smoother (so you spend more time focusing on the people you love).

The workshop is broken down into a series of lessons to take you through the process, allowing you to easily come back to any step at any time or attend to interruptions (like your kids are starving and they "can't find anything" to eat in the house) without losing your place or to take time and consult with your family for their input too.

In the module, Andrea shares the macro meal planning framework that will help you easily create your meal plan for an entire year so it only takes you a few minutes each week to finalize it.

Success Map for Weekly Meal Planning

In this module, Erin helps you begin to apply your yearly meal plan on a weekly basis by first showing you how to apply the SPADE method.

Meal Planning Obstacles

To help you smooth out any bumps along the meal planning road that inevitably crop up with changing tastes or dietary needs, food boredom, cooking for multiple people. Erin walks you through common meal planning obstacles and how to overcome them.
